Shipping Policy

Delivery in the UK is free on orders of £125.00 or above (excluding VAT and carriage charges).

For orders below £125.00 (excluding VAT and carriage charges), a standard delivery charge of £14.95 excluding VAT will apply.

When will AirPack Systems dispatch my order?

The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for dispatch.

We will dispatch completed orders once payment has been successfully received. Orders where payment is successfully received by 4:00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 2 working days.

 

How will AirPack Systems deliver my order?

We use a national carrier to deliver goods. We use a parcel carrier and a pallet carrier, depending on the volume of your order.

Please note we are only able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay.

 

Bank Holiday Delivery Information

No deliveries will be made on bank holidays.

 

Can you deliver to my area?

AirPack Systems can only accept orders for delivery to UK or Eire addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. For orders outside the UK please call +44 (0)1256 300480 to process your order.

 

Can I collect my order?

AirPack Systems is an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout the UK. Collection from our warehouse can be arranged but must be by prior appointment. Please call 01256 300480 to arrange.
